In our design center, we have an extensive selection of samples, to help you chose and coordinate all aspects of your finished build. From hardwood to tile, kitchen samples and colours alongside backsplashes, and mouldings; and the BONUS, no decisions are made alone!

We have an in-house interior designer who works one on one with you, until you are comfortable and love every finishing you have chosen.

There are still times that you will have to come meet us in person, to finalize finishing, and those meetings can be as many or as little times as you like.
We have had couples come in and pick every plumbing fixture, flooring colour and kitchen profiles and colours in one 2 hour meeting, and we have had home owners who come down as many as 10 times to discuss their interior aspects of the home. Just know we are here to help in any way that we can!
