Meet the team Dave Scissons
Dave has been a dedicated Carpenter for the last 10 years and continues to grow with the company. Dave and his wife Michelle have two children, their son Grant and their daughter Nori. In Dave's spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and hanging out at the cottage. Jason Toms
When Jay is not at work you can find either angling for those big Kawartha Lakes Muski's or raising his twin boys with is wife Nichole. Jamey Pearn

Born and raised in Coboconk, Ontario, Dave Scissons started working for RWH Construction when he was 18. He attended Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario for the Carpenter's Course which he completed in 2000. Dave continued to work with RWH Construction and received his Carpenter's license in 2007.
Jay went to Fenelon Falls High School with Ryan and Adam, graduated and went to work in construction in Toronto. Jay joined RWH in 2006 and has taken on numerous RWH construction projects and completed them very well. Being one of the project managers, Jay is able to teach the newest employees how to complete every stage of construction. Jay gets upset if things aren't done right!
Jamey works with Adam in the preparation of the sites works. Being one of the first crews on a new lot, where you need an understanding of what is required from the very beginning. Jamey has acquired that knowledge quickly and operates the heavy excavation machinery & prepares for the foundation. If it is a demolition, site excavation, basement foundations and site preparation, Jamey is on site ready & eager to get the job done. Jamey has been with RWH since 2008 and is growing with the company.
Bryan, known by his co-workers as Tiller, grew up in the Balsam Lake area near the Provincial Park. Bryan comes from a big family and has an identical twin, Having many years in construction since 2002, Bryan joined RWH Construction in 2007 and has grown with the company. Bryan manages his own RWH crew & most of them have come from the local high school. In his spare time, when he is not dedicating his efforts on site, Bryan enjoys being with his wife, Jenna and son Nicholas.
Josh prior to joining RWH was a framer for 5 years. In 2008 Josh joined RWH construction. Josh works on small and large projects framing new custom homes. Josh is locally born and raised and is looking forward to the new RWH custom home & cottage opportunities.
